1. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance box, entering the demonstration, or continuing to use it, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Demo Access Terms. If you do not accept them, do not access or use the demonstration.

These terms supplement the AI Maritime Insights general EULA and Privacy Policy. These demo-specific terms control where they address the evaluation environment directly.

2. Evaluation licence

AI Maritime Insights grants the approved visitor a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and time-limited right to access the isolated Dry-Dock Planner demonstration solely to evaluate whether the product may be relevant to the visitor’s organisation.

No production, operational, commercial, safety-critical, regulatory, class, flag, port-state, survey, maintenance or project-management use is permitted. Access ends automatically at the stated expiry time unless extended in writing.

3. Restrictions

You must not, and must not enable any other person to:

  • share credentials, permit third-party access or use another person’s credentials;
  • copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense or redistribute any part of the demonstration;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, inspect source code, bypass controls or attempt to extract application logic;
  • use the demonstration for competitive analysis, benchmarking for a competing product, or to develop or assist in developing competing software;
  • scrape, crawl, automate, mirror, bulk-download, export or systematically capture content or data;
  • take or distribute screenshots, screen recordings, videos, photographs or other reproductions without prior written permission;
  • remove or obscure proprietary notices, visitor identifiers or branding;
  • use the demonstration to process real vessel, company, employee, incident, evidence or commercially sensitive data.

4. Credentials and sessions

Credentials are issued to one named business email address. One active session may be permitted at a time. AI Maritime Insights may rotate passwords, revoke sessions, shorten or extend expiry, disable access or withdraw the demonstration at any time.

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and must notify AI Maritime Insights promptly if they are lost, forwarded, exposed or used without permission.

5. Sample data and visitor changes

All vessel names, companies, IMO numbers, jobs, dates, costs, photographs, reports, certificates, evidence and operational details shown in the demonstration are fictitious, generic, altered or used solely as sample material.

The system may create a private visitor copy of the sample dry-dock records. Changes made during the evaluation may be stored temporarily, reset without notice, deleted after expiry, or removed when access is revoked. Visitor changes do not alter the master sample records and do not create an official record.

6. Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in the demonstration, application, source code, architecture, workflow, user interface, terminology, templates, data structures, documentation, methods, features and associated materials remain exclusively with AI Maritime Insights / Pavlos Evgenikos. No ownership or other intellectual-property rights are transferred.

7. Monitoring and privacy

For access control, security, abuse prevention and evaluation administration, AI Maritime Insights may process the visitor’s name, business email, company, role, company type, request details, approval status, login timestamps, session duration, IP-derived security information, browser/user-agent information, EULA acceptance, selected demo record and basic in-app activity events.

The system does not sell personal data. Additional information is provided in the Privacy Policy. Credentials and access logs may be retained for security, legal and administration purposes in accordance with applicable requirements and the stated privacy policy.

8. No warranty or professional advice

The demonstration is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for purpose, merchantability, security, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

Nothing shown constitutes legal, engineering, class, survey, safety, maritime, compliance, financial or other professional advice. The visitor must not rely on the demonstration for any operational decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Maritime Insights is not liable for decisions, losses, delays, claims or consequences arising from evaluation use.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated immediately for expiry, suspected sharing, unusual automated activity, attempted circumvention, breach of these terms, security concerns or any other legitimate evaluation-management reason. On termination, the visitor must stop using the demonstration.

10. Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, subject to mandatory applicable law. Any invalid provision will be limited or severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

Questions or permission requests: contact@aimaritimeinsights.com.

This operating draft should be reviewed by qualified Greek legal counsel before public launch.
